Think P I N K: Strong Locks of Love

Happy October everyone! The National Breast Cancer Awareness Month organization is celebrating their 25 years of awareness, education, and empowerment. As some of you may know, cancer patients undergo a hair loss side effect from chemotherapy called alopecia. Some patients will cut their hair short once they start chemotherapy to prepare for the loss of their hair. Hair will eventually grow back after three months, but the texture and color may differ.
